Dugdale Communications' primary market niche is medium to large enterprise and federal government customers. The following depicts the states where Dugdale has sold and deployed systems for our geographically dispersed national account customers.

Rebate Credit Parameters

  • All rebates will be automatically applied as credits toward future purchases.

  • This NAP will include the purchase of any new or used systems, software, and hardware additions and are not limited to the following:

    • Systems
    • Professional Services
    • Software
    • T & M Labor
    • Hardware
    • Rentals
    • Maintenance
    • Leases
  • Purchases will be measured in each calendar year and rebate credits will become eligible for use from the subsequent year.

  • Rebate credits must be used by December 31st or they will be lost.

  • Rebate credits are credits only, not cash.

  • National Accounts customers are eligible to earn a 6% “Quick Pay” discount when 90% or more is paid at time of order.

  • National Accounts customers will have a customer-specific 800 number.

  • Annual aggregate purchases from DCI in the current or previous calendar year of more than $100,000 plus at least one of the following:

  • Sites in 2 or more states and/or countries
